De Pizzabakkers Nachtegaalstraat
This pizzeria contains a variety of pizzas with a thin and crispy base. The Pizzakkers have several branches in Utrecht but this is my favorite because the middle of the city centre it is a relatively quiet place. The shop has an open kitchen overlooking the stone pizza oven. The best thing about the Pizza bakkers? They don’t associate prosecco with luxury, but see it as an everyday drink, just like in Italy. Always time for bubbles at the Pizza Bakkers!

Pizza Beppe
Pizza Beppe makes pizzas in the authentic Neapolitan way. They follow the traditional recipes of the inventors of pizza and respect the pizza tradition. This is reflected in the baking method and the appearance of the restaurant. The staff has white aprons on and green letters indicate what you can eat at Pizza Beppe; PIZZA. It is a trendy and cozy place in the Hardebollenstraat.

Italiaans restaurant Piero’s
At Piero’s, the interior immediately stands out as soon as you enter. It is very colourful, beautifully lit and decorated with plants, bottles of wine and tiles. The menu is nicely made up and in Italian. The dishes are nicely plated and they taste as they look; very good.

This cute pizzeria is located in the middle of the city between all kinds of cafes. At first glance the pizzeria is not that obvious, but walk inside and be surprised by its delicious cuisine. They have a wide range of pizzas and the atmosphere is nice.
