Stay above a pub with a view on a cosy courtyard
In the heart of Amersfoort, located close to the Lieve Vrouweplein with a bunch of cafés and restaurants, you’ll find Long John’s Pub and Hotel. The hotel has 12 rooms of different sizes. There’s a cosy old Dutch café on the ground floor, where you’ll be served a welcome drink to toast your first night at Long John’s. The rooms are simply furnished but fully equipped. Some of the rooms look out on the courtyard. And it’s awesome that in the summer, you can linger in the garden until the late hours.
Once you walk out of the hotel after a full breakfast, you’ll immediately be in the friendly Amersfoort city center. Museums, historical sights, and shops are all within walking distance from the hotel. There’s lots of choice if you want to have dinner in the hotel’s neighbourhood: there are tons of restaurants and cafés around it. Then, end your evening in the pub.
