Do you like unique products that place a lot of worth on sustainable materials and craftsmanship? Then Puha Shop is the place for you. The shop offers a podium to about 70 different up-and-coming and talented designers, and can be found on the bustling Voorstraat in the center of Utrecht.
What can you buy there? A whole bunch of cool stuff, with a variety of prices. Besides stylish and original clothing for both men and women, you can also grab books, bags, jewelry, cards, and art that you wouldn’t be so likely to find in other stores. It’s clear that the owners carefully select their assortment. Everything is a bit more special, and therefore extra nice to give as a present, or just to buy for yourself. The brands you can find at Puha Shop include Qnoop, Studio JUX, Manon Boertien, Marlou Verheijden, Fenny Faber, and studio RUG, among others.
One of my favorite things in the store is the exhibition by illustrator Marloes Toonen. My friends and I often ‘tag’ each other under the ‘Dilemma op Dinsdag’ posts (‘Dilemma on Tuesday’), which Marloes Toonen illustrates. Therefore, I was really excited when I saw the original exhibition hanging in the shop.
In addition, I’m personally crazy about jewelry, and that’s available at Puha too. From small to large rings, watches, and necklaces with pendants – the offer is entirely unique, just like everything else in the shop, actually. Check it out, it’s definitely worth it.
