- De Bakkerswinkel
At de Bakkerswinkel there is an abundance of options to choose from, because you can take your pick out of four different high tea packages. That’ll be a tough choice, or you’ll have to come back more often! Not super hungry, but do you still feel like tea and some bites? Then you should go for the High Noon tea menu, with a few small sweet and savoury dishes, is perfect of you. The other two menus are a bit more extensive. You can even order gluten- and lactose free high tea menus. High Teas at de Bakkerswinkel start at €22,50 per person.
- De Ontdekking
At de Ontdekking on the Voorstraat you’re welcomed for a cosy high tea from 14.30 onwards. De Ontdekking offers two different high tea menus, one of which is a British style étagère, filled with different savoury bites, scones and cakes. The high tea deluxe is even fancier: here you also get a soup, smoothie and a little bottle of bubbly on top of the ‘regular’ menu. Sounds good! Costs: from €15,- per person.
- Lewis Book café
Want to put together your own high tea? Then you need to head over to Lewis Book café! Just behind Hoog Catharijne you’ll find this hidden high tea spot! You can order 3, 7 or 9 bites here, with or without a pot of tea. All of this starts from €4,90.
- Oudaen
At Stadskasteel Oudaen you and your friends can enjoy a nice high tea in a beautiful location. You can choose between a standard and luxury menu. The standard menu includes quiche, sandwiches, scones, macarons and tea. When you’re a little hungrier and go for the luxury menu, a glass of Cava and a bowl of beef broth will be added as well. You can enjoy a high tea here, starting from €21,50 per person.
