New spots are popping up all over the city! The past couple of months I noticed that some of these new restaurant are vegetarian and vegan restaurants. There is a trend going on! Someone (several) people must have heard our cries for more healthy spots in town. So I introduce to you 3 times new healthy food spots in Utrecht.
It must have been some opening party because when I pasted by this new salad bar this weekend there were still loads of wines glazes on the counter and the place was closed. Salad Co. has opened its doors yesterday and is ready to serve you healthy salads, wraps and juices. I must say Im very excited about this spot and cant wait to visit asap. Of course there will be a review up soon.

In Hoog Catharijne there is a new healthy take away food spot. Rammenas Roots Rock Kitchen opened past weekend and is located in the Concept Store Alchemie. The vegetarian and vegan pop up spot will be open for three months. At Rammenas Roots Rock Kitchen specialty are burgers form what I can see on their FB page. The restaurant is open from Tuesday until Saturday and offers you a weekly menu. Check the Rammenas Roots Rock Kitchen FB page to see the burger specials.

The new restaurant GYS will open on Friday the 10th of October. GYS is located on the Voorstraat and is a great addition to this buzzing neighborhood. GYS is a vegetarian and vegan restaurant that works with seasonly, organic and local product. I can’t wait to try this restaurant.
