Why do yoga indoors when you can get a good session outside in a park or on a rooftop? Now that it’s finally summer, let’s get outside and relax in the sun. But where to go? We’re helping you out by sharing three fun outdoor yoga classes. Time to get zen!
We participated in a hatha yoga session led by Christa of Yoga Vida. Every Saturday morning at 11.00 she gives a lesson on the SOIA deck, and for 7.50 euros, you get a nice class where Christa explains all of the poses. During the lesson, you can enjoy the view with the yellow bridge as a backdrop. Then, complete your relaxed holiday experience by taking a seat on the sunny terrace to sip on a juice or have a healthy lunch.
