Wine keeps you warm

Yes, it’s that time again! Grab your gloves, your woolen hat and crocheted scarf out of the closet… The first editions of Fonteyn festival Utrecht were a big success. That’s good enough reason to continue with the wine festival on the Janskerkhof. Obviously we’ve already blocked off December 15-17 in our agendas. During the winter edition, different Utrecht wine heroes will steal the show with their wines. Petit Clos, Lefebvre, De Wijnfiets, just smell and taste. Lovely detail: at this festival you drink everything out of a wineglass. That tastes better, doesn’t it?

Wine makes you hungry

Those who prefer beer are also welcome, they can enjoy Brouwerij de Leckere to their heart’s content. And the gourmands can also score, because the mobile kitchens at this festival are not to be missed. From stylish oysters to curry from SURYA and pizza from Bastacosi. I’m going to look for the Chablis that goes with the oysters, but what shall we combine with the spicy curry? I’m excited! You guys too?!

Wine makes you dance

As a winophile, vinologist, merlot enthusiast, I have to show my face a bit… We’re going to taste, taste, taste! And we can dance, dance, dance, since the festival will also have lots of music. Plaatmaat, DJ Meneer Funkel, and the Bluegrass Beetles, for example. They’ll bring us to new musical heights.
